When you place an order we collect the name, phone number, delivery address, city and — if you choose to give one — email address that you enter at checkout, along with any note you add to the order.

If you join our newsletter we store the email address you submit, and nothing else.

Your cart, saved items and recently viewed products are stored in your own browser. They never reach our servers unless you place an order.

Order details are used to confirm your order, arrange delivery and payment, and answer questions about it afterwards.

Newsletter emails are used only to send you news about new releases, restocks and offers.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except where it is necessary to deliver your order.

Orders are confirmed over WhatsApp. When you open the chat, your conversation with us is carried over WhatsApp’s own service and is subject to their privacy policy as well as this one.

We keep those conversations only for as long as we need them to service your order and handle any return.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this site.

The site uses your browser’s local storage to remember your cart, saved items and whether you have dismissed the announcement bar. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.

No payment is taken on this website. Payment is arranged directly with us after your order is confirmed, so no card or banking details are ever entered here or stored by us.

You can ask us to unsubscribe you from the newsletter, correct your order details, or delete the information we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact details on our contact page and we will action it.

Some order records may be retained where we are required to keep them for accounting purposes.
