These terms apply to everything you buy from COBA through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

We may update them from time to time; the version shown here is the one that applies to orders placed from the date above.

Adding items to your cart and completing checkout creates an order request — not a contract. We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp before it is accepted.

We may decline or cancel an order if an item turns out to be unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot reach you to confirm it. If that happens we will tell you.

Your order reference is shown on the confirmation page after checkout. Keep that link — it is the only way back to your order.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and are the prices charged at the time your order is confirmed.

We do our best to keep every price accurate. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before proceeding rather than charge it.

Shipping costs are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before dispatch, based on your delivery address.

No payment is collected on this website. Payment is arranged directly with us once your order is confirmed.

Orders are dispatched once payment has been arranged in line with what we agree in the chat.

Promo codes are valid only while active, and may carry a minimum order value, an expiry date or a limit on total redemptions.

One promo code may be used per order. Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.

Delivery timelines are confirmed with you at the point of order and depend on your location.

Returns and exchanges are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different from screen to screen, and measurements in the size guide are a guide rather than a guarantee of fit.
